Special thanks to Reverend Canon Dick Lewis for his advice and support throughout, to Chillipetals for the wonderful flowers and to Graham at G.D. Hall for the caring and dignified way in which every attention to detail was accomplished. Special thoughts to family and friends who sent cards, messages and flowers, and for supporting Elizabeth at such a critical time. Donations will enable £1000 to be sent to Lincs/Notts Air Ambulance.
